Everything went well from the beginning to the end result. Had a 2 o'clock appointment but I was late she (the nail technician) could still accommodate me. I have the nails what I wanted. Thank You! Hannah Nicole Eszter

So I came here to get a pedicure for the first time, as I walked in, the workers would just look at me and not ask anything. The vibe felt weird and not welcoming. One of the girls finally made solid eye contact and I let her know I wanted a pedicure, so she said to pick a color. I picked color and waited for 20 minutes until I was sat down. While waiting all of them started to talk in their language, and let me tel you, you don't have to understand the language to know the obvious. They were quiet when I arrived and once I was here they started saying things and laughing. Regardless if it was bad talking or not, they sure make it feel that way. Anyways, I was finally attended to , one of employees girls filled the water tub and told me to soak my feet. I sat there for 20 minutes just waiting. (By the way I always turn my timer on with new places I visit , that's how I know the amount of time they take to provide service ) Finally someone came to start my pedicure. I even forgot the color I chose because I was waiting there so long. Ok So, I've never experienced a pedicure that felt so lazy and careless, the girl was supposedly pushing my cuticle back but literally wasn't doing anything! And to top it off while she was doing that, she was looking away being nosy with another customers complaint not noticing that she wasn't even near my cuticle. The only toe she kinda focused on more was the big toes. I've always been used to getting a pedicure where they focus on really cleaning your cuticle, so maybe my expectations are high, but this was a pedicure express in my opinion. I took longer waiting, than the actual pedicure. Maybe it was the person who attended to me, I don't know. The girl was friendly, I will give her that. But her painting skills are not too good as well as her cuticle cleaning. Sorry but it's true and I like to leave honest reviews. This place lacks good customer service, I feel like they care for the customers they already have and don't really pay attention to new ones. To me customer service is crucial for any business so I hope they take that in consideration. Maybe learn to be more polite and welcoming.
