After losing my house it the Eaton fires I wanted to get the foundation inspected. I was hoping to do it before the Army core did the cleanup so I would know whether or not to have them take it out. I called several places. One told me they would need the foundation cleared of all debris before they could check it. Others quoted me prices of $1200-$1800 just for a pre inspection that would still need further testing. LA Foundation Repair offered to do a free inspection with the stipulation that I wasn’t selling the property. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days. Foundation Repair LA made the process seamless and fast in procuring my grant for the Bolt & Brace EBB program. Matt was very efficient in obtaining the necessary photos for the pre-retrofit piece of the process. James followed up by arranging the date for the work to be done within a two-day timeframe. The crew who did the bolt and brace installation were efficient and cleaned up nicely. The noise wasn't too bad either. Now I'm ready for an earthquake which I hope never happens.

Honestly if they did more than foundations I would hire them for anything they do. Professionals from start to finish. They don’t try to oversell you but do fix the issues and are honest and fair with pricing. The team worked quickly and they were respectful. We had an area we needed to patch because of water damage and it’s terrifically done. ?
