I had a flood in my house from a sewer backup that caused the tub, sink and toilet to pour out raw sewage. Everything including furniture, cabinets and drywall were ruined in a 1000+sq. foot apartment. Coast to Coast came out, assigned one person for me to deal with, then assigned a project manager both who were extremely helpful and attentive, assisted in dealing with the city and home insurance. The work was professional and the final outcome was big improvement to the apartment. I would recommend them for any work, especially large projects.
I used them for an estimate for a wood floor repair after a leak in the kitchen. Their rep came out and was a bit rude. I didn't care for being spoken to like I didn't know anything about how estimates work. There were a couple of phone calls beforehand but I agreed to the estimate anyway. That was my first mistake after my gut said don't bother. I found the people I had contact with behaved unprofessionally. I can't speak for their work because we didn't get that far.
We had a bunch of birds fly down our chimney and scatter ash and soot all over our living room. We needed a professional soot removal/fire damage cleaning. So this company came. They showed up when they were supposed to and were friendly and professional. But, on the phone when we scheduled, we were assured repeatedly that they would start cleaning on the same day. That did not happen. Frustrating, because we chose them over another company based on that. So after a thorough evaluation, we were given a quote for 2 rooms 3500$. My landlord balked at that, so then he/we were told it probably won't be that much. 2 guys to come out to clean. We didn't understand why more people couldn't come out, as they were saying to clean the 2 rooms it may take 2 full days. It was just too vague, the pricing. If Serv Pro wasn't availalbe or didn't exist, we'd def have used this company because they did seem to know exactly how to handle our soot damage on furniture, walls, art etc...
