Came in to get glasses for the first time and Jackie was the one that helped me, not only was she profesional but also very empathetic towards me since I was very nervous. She was very kind and helped me tremendously I enjoyed the time I got to spend with her, she also helped my dad get his glasses and was very patient and detailed in explaining everything to him and helped very much.
Update 2025:
Jackie and Ashley were amazing and they were very polite and did everything to help us. They are the only reason I came back with my kids because our experience 2 years ago was not a pleasant one! but I was willing to give it another chance and Jackie and Ashley made a huge difference in our experience. Is so important to have the right staff that cares for clients and that are polite with them as well, in addition; please have more frames variety.

Love that the everyone here are very friendly and safe with covid regulations and guidelines! Makes me feel safe and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful. After many years of coming here, I truly appreciate and will continue coming here .
