Over the years, J has given him everything from a comb over with a hard part, to blowout taper fades, and most recently a buzz cut with an #8 guard and a clean drop fade. Every haircut has been consistently sharp, with crisp lines and great attention to detail.

What really sets J apart is how accommodating he is. He’s always willing to fit my son into his schedule, which we truly appreciate. He’s also very knowledgeable about the products he uses and always recommends what works best for my son’s hair.

My boy doesn't warm up to strangers well, but Alicia had him feeling comfortable by the second appointment. Her cuts are always on point, service is timely, and she's always incredibly friendly. “I bring my 12 and 13 yo to True Gents. They both have 4a to 4c hair and my barbers Ali and Brian take care of their coils very well. I do what we always do: wash, LIGHT condition and comb out before going to True Gents. Perfect cuts everytime! My boys love their barbers and most importantly they love their cuts! If you have tight coils True Gents know what to do! Highly recommend 10/10!!“
