We scheduled a free termite inspection with 2 Guys Termite, and Willy, the inspector, was absolutely amazing. Last week, we found a large amount of subterranean termites around our home, and he explained to us that these were the type that could get inside. He let us know it’s the season when these termites are most active and recommended we keep our doors closed as much as possible.
Willy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show us what signs to look for in case of an infestation. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering all our questions.
I worked with Angel (the owner of the company) on a termite tenting at my client's new home. He was extremely friendly, and easy to get ahold of. His company did a great job, and were extremely professional. I could not recommend him and his company enough!

Updated review: after my horrible experience with the person handling their phones the estimator Angel jumped in and made my experience 100% better. I would definitely recommend this company in the future but still think they should consider giving their front desk person some customer service classes. First impression matters.
