I've only had one appointment with Dr. McWalters, but I'm already in love with everyone on his staff especially Krista, the Office Manager. I had an issue with an oral surgeon and conflicting information about my insurance. I walked into Dr. McWalters office without an appointment and Krista couldn't have been nicer. She called another oral surgeon, got insurance information and an estimate of the procedure that needed to be done. She went out of her way to get all the information I needed and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Dr. McWalters and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist in Menifee and surrounding areas!

I'm very happy to meet Dr. McWalters. I was impressed with his honesty, very courteous. He told me what I needed and the best plan for me. Very attentive with my concerns and worries in my teeth. I felt very comfortable and happy. Also, the Xray tech, was very friendly. Also the front desk secretary very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this office.

My experience with Dr. McWalters was great. Krista, his office manager, was very kind and a wealth of information. She gave me accurate information with how much my dental work would cost. Suzanne, the Hygienist, was also very kind, and she had great techniques to help me not gag when taking the x-rays. Dr. McWalters was very kind and he listened to my concerns and the reason why I did not see the dentist in years. He told me the work that I needed (which was fillings on both sides).
