I've been coming here since I was 10. Enough said. My parents come here, my husband comes here and I come here. Even though I live in Davis I still drive the almost hour long trip to be seen. I had quite a lot of things to be treated because my last visit was in 2019. Ya I'll make sure to come every 6 months like we're supposed to. I also have a metal bar on my bottom teeth so I love how detailed they are in cleaning that up. I love the whole staff. I think I've been seen by all the doctors here. They are all wonderful. Shout out to Dr. Sam, Dr. G and Virginia as well. Dr. Sam was my first dentist and my husband absolutely loves her. They definitely treat you as if you're family. They ask about how things are going and really care. Thanks Windsmile.

Dr. Sam is the best dentist of all time. She always makes me feel so comfortable and does the best job ever!!! Virginia is equally amazing and always takes care of me. Windsmile dentist is Awesome

This office and their staff do a wonderful job at upholding COVID-19 safety measures. I.e. Consistent disinfecting of seats. Upon entering for my appointment there are face masks, shoe coverings, and hand sanitizer that needs to be applied--if needed. Shoe covers are mandatory. The front desk works in a timely manner as I am a new patient and were able to squeeze me in the next week and following up with me on the cancellation list. I understand it takes time to do insurance breakdowns so I am appreciative of their care to meet my dental needs. I've had good experiences with Nicole from the front desk and Susanna! I adore their concern for my dental health. I established myself as a patient w/ Dr. Melow and her assistant "D"; easygoing, communicative experience!What I enjoyed was that Dr. Melow talked me through what she was doing to my teeth when switching tools so I am aware of what's going on. Overall, a professional atmosphere. With kind workers. The pace inside the office is nice, I don't feel rushed and that makes me feel cared for.
