The three gentlemen who own this establishment are very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. They will give you their expert opinion on what’s most likely wrong with your appliances instead of just letting you spend unnecessary money and waste your time. I’ve been here on multiple occasions to repair a variety of my appliances and they were correct on what needed to be replaced every single time. Without question the best business of ANY kind within 100 miles. As an appliance parts distributor, there is not one better anywhere. When one is their customer, they deliver the goods, if not in stock and if it’s early enough (3:00 PM, I think) they’ll have it for you the next day. On top of that, the gents who own/work there are happy to give pointers/suggestions and a better fix if there is one. All this and a cordial, professional and friendly experience from phone call to purchase. A rare find in this day and age. Thanks guys, you ARE the best!

I needed to replace the motor in my 1979 model dishwasher, and this company had the last one available anywhere. They don't ship to Canada, but they were very helpful over the phone in shipping it to an American relative of mine. Talk to them if you need a part, they'll go the extra mile.
