“My wife and I purchased a cabin in Big Bear with a backyard that was less than usable--just a cement slab with no privacy, no fence, and no character. We had a vision for transforming this space, and after meeting Justin, we knew he could bring it to life. Justin created a beautiful fence outlining the property, hung bistro lights from the house and along the roofline, excavated the hillside, and built a retaining wall with a built-in planter for spring flowers and a bench for the dining table. To the right, he added a built-in BBQ with power, and he designed the backyard with a couple of new trees and a hammock with hidden support poles. We faced a challenge with irrigation since we didn't want to run a waterline to the back of the property. Justin ingeniously developed a system using rain barrels to store water and a battery-operated irrigation system to keep the new trees healthy. Plus, he included a gas firepit, which was a must-have for us. The attention to detail and meticulous planning were impeccable. Not a single item was overlooked.
