Responsive but limited in remedial action other than reporting to HOA and the police. In other words, not an immediate process of rectifying wrongs, braking the rules and/or containing the abusers.

Destroyed my car window with stickers they put on windows, terrible company and rude and act like what they do is important. They don’t answer the phone when you call them to complain about their services all around a terrible company that should be closed for good.

Like other comments, the same thing is happening to us. I have been having the same security person park by our house and harass our family. We parked by the park around our home to eat our ice cream while the security kept going around and finally telling us to go home in his speaker and followed us. He clearly knows who we are. We have called to complain many times and always get told by the lady in desk they will note it down. He has taken many pictures of our home and our cars. Our neighbor has also called and taken videos of the security in our driveway at 2 - 3 in morning. Also, it's been a couple of times that when I am jogging he is driving very slow behind me....read full review
