I love this place! I had first visited them due to a work event where we were treated to their services for pampering, and I was definitely pampered! I had Nikki, who did my acrylic fill and made my nails look amazing! I really appreciate how she took time to do my nails beautifully, and I couldn’t stop showing them off to everyone. I highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants to get their nails done and feel amazing! 🤩
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I got a pedicure with Tammy and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough and precise with the polish application, and my feet felt super soft after. I will definitely be coming back here again.
This is usually my go-to spot for nails as I found Lynn and Mi to be two of the best at doing any type of nails in scv and are usually very nice. However, I recently went in to get my toes and finger nails done, and all was good until the end, I felt rushed out of my chair so another customer and their child could sit there. Before my nails were even done, the other staff was already setting up the foot bath for the next person and had the client wait nearby why the staff hovered around me waiting. Once my nails were done, I stood up to put on my shoes. I couldn't even get one shoe on before they were putting the next girl in the chair. I barely had time to grab my purse and items. When I told the front desk my concerns, their comment was "sorry, they just started behind." That's not my problem, I came on time for my appointment and paid for a relaxing service that made me feel like I was being rushed out the door and underappreciated. Next time, I would suggest the staff should find other accommodations or wait until the current customer leaves before filling the seat. This had me leaving the salon fuming and upset, that I paid that much for that experience. This was not my nail technician's fault at all, but it was the fault of the nail technicians who came after and the scheduleding team who did not leave enough space between appointments.
