Haircut was okay but one staff member only half wearing a mask, plus they didn't seem to care that other individuals in the waiting area were unmasked. The last thing I want to think about when getting a haircut is if my life is in danger.

I have an undercut, and the woman here was supposed to just trim my hair and when I went home and brushed it, clumps came out as she'd buzzed the top portion of my hair off. This was after a gracious tip.. When I came back in to ask for some sort of service in exchange for my loss, she told me it had been too long (a couple weeks). I am a busy working single parent, and the treatment here will guarantee I tell all my friends and family to stay away from this salon. No wonder all the 1 star reviews under mine!!Service: Haircut

Ernie does a great job on my hair, when he shows up. Sometimes he's there when he says he will be, sometimes he's not. Also, when I call for an appointment, I expect him to take me at the appointed time rather than taking walk-ins instead. This has happened over and over. Damn frustrating.
