Signature Nails and Spa Stevenson Ranch offers a great environment and reasonable prices. However, some employees have poor skills, which can lead to uncomfortable experiences. Some technicians are skilled and attentive, such as Leila and Lyla, who provide excellent manicures and pedicures. They are perfectionists and take the time to ensure their work is done correctly. With proper training, the staff could improve and provide a more consistent experience for customers.

Even though it has a great environment and reasonable price, but their employee have poor skills. First she used ice-cold water for my feet which she did not test it, and it takes a long time to fix that. The young boy did my hand nails was very nice, but again both him and the lady made the process too painful when they push my cuticles. Not sure their tools are too sharp or what. Then she could not find or make the color I chose to work. Changes three times, finally the gentleman made it work. Nice people but skills needed improvement! They really have to train their employees better.

Signature Nails is my most favorite place to get a pedicure done. They are by far the best that I have found in the area. They are the only ones who will dig in and get out nails so you don't get ingrown toenails. Others don't even bother to try and just do the minimum. Signature Nails also make them look great when they are done. They are not my favorite for acrylic nails however which is why they got four stars. I found that they could not get the acrylic to look thin and shapely. They often came out thick which I do not like. But will always get my pedis there. Plus, they do offer beer, wine or even a shot while you are being pampered - and who doesn't love that!

Lyla provided the most attentive and perfectionist gel application I have received. I haven't had an experience like this by other salon technicians in the long time. This was my first time coming to this salon as a recommendation from a friend and it did not disappoint. Lyla is the owner and was also recommended to me. Highly suggest requesting her for your gel manicures. I'm looking forward to getting a gel design with her in the future.
