Barret was on time and was quite a nice individual. 5 Step Carpet Care is a very professional company, they answered all my questions and walked me through the cleaning process. My carpets look brand new again! Probably the best cleaning I've ever had. This guy cares about his quality and it shows.Services: Pet stain & odor removal
I moved into my place with filthy carpets. Rented a cleaner from A well known store that didn’t really clean much. Barret went above and beyond for my carpet, rooms, hallways etc. carpets literally look brand new and they smell great! 10/10 recommendation!Services: Pet stain & odor removal
Barrett was great and thorough with our carpet cleaning. He was able to get a stain out that we thought was going to stay. We are very grateful for the work and time he took to clean our carpets!Services: Area rug cleaning
