I am a first-time homebuyer in the Bay area of California and I thought that going through the process of purchasing a home would be very daunting. When I was working with Hao and Jordan, they were very patient, informative, professional, and helpful in securing financing for the home purchase. Hao was detail-oriented as he went through each step and explained what the numbers meant. Hao called me to explain the loan estimate and the closing disclosures, and always kept my best interests in mind.
