The entire staff at Olive Tree Mortuary was very respectful, caring, and helpful. They worked hard every step of the way to make sure everything was resolved as soon as possible and even booked our tickets to match the ticket of our deceased family member. When a delay happened with our return flight, the staff still helped us change the date for our return ticket. I would highly recommend this family buisness to anyone.
Brother Goulade and his wife Stacey are always there to help. They will answer your calls or questions anytime you call. Their guidance and support through those difficult times are un-measurable. I have used their services on multiple occasions, when my father, my uncle , and my father in law passed away . I recommended them to many friends and family. Throughout the years, they kept their promises and quality of service. They're truly a blessing to have in our community. Prayers and blessings for the whole staff ? ?
The staff was AMAZING! We faced so many obstacles when it came to dealing with the unprofessionalism from the staff at two different hospitals regardingmy mother's COD. I was stressed out and felt helpless at times when dealing with the hospitals. Largely due to Stacy's professionalism, calm, yet firm demeanor, her persistence, and expertise in her field she was able to get many issues resolved so that our family would have my mother's remains back in time for her Celebration of Life. I recommend Olive Tree to everyone who has lost a loved one. This company is outstanding.
