“Kondaur assumed my mortgage from Loancare (PO Box 8068, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23450). This action occurred that last of June 2019 and I received notification from them after my payment was already due to Kondaur. My contact with Kondaur was exceptional and their customer service skills remain "Second to None". Loancare indicated that my excess escrow check (in excess of $600) had been mail back in June and that it would be 25 days before it would be received. When following up (after waiting on the phone in excess of 45 minutes and being transferred twice for a total time of 70 minutes), I found that no check had been issued and the representatives were rude and hung up. When Debbie at Kondaur was contacted she immediately performed an analysis of my escrow and ordered a released of the excess. Debbie's professionalism and customer service skills are commendable and her actions reflect great credit on Kondaur. What took me over 4 weeks to research and followup was resolved by Debbie at Kondaur within 20 minutes and for that I thank her and the Company.“
