Bernardo Concrete completed our patio job in a timely manner with competence, professionalism and excellent, ongoing communication. The entire staff were experienced, responsive and punctual on the phone and in person. The job was top of the line from set up to clean up. All the workers took pride in their work to make sure the project met the highest standards. The job was completed with care, precision, crease lines that were aligned, and appropriate slope for proper drainage. Even the cement truck arrived in a timely manner. The price was competitive and their many years of experience definitely resulted in a work of pride for me as the homeowner. I proudly show off our patio cement job to our visitors and I highly recommend Bernardo Concrete to our visitors.
Everyone was great to work with at Bernardo Concrete, I would certainly use them again. Sales, staff and day of workers were great and friendly to work with. After I paid them, we found a sprinkler pipe that accidentally got broke during demo. and nobody knew. They came back to fix it, no questions asked. For that reason alone, I think they deserve 6 stars.
