We were assigned to Alliance by our insurance company to remediate damage in our kitchen related to a leak. (PSA: hoses connecting the water source to the refrigerator need to be changed every 3 to 5 years.). Bret was assigned to our case. He was awesome and extremely understanding as we navigated the process. The team who performed the remediation was very efficient and able to preserve our kitchen counters. Thank you!!
Our place suffered a water intrusion and we reached out to Alliance to get an estimate for repair. Robert and Laura came out to assess the place. I cannot put in words how impressive Laura's was. Her knowledge was off the charts. Don't get me wrong Robert was great too. Thank you Alliance for coming out. We look forward to working with you! We Highly Recommend them
Alliance Environmental Group, LLC has been a pleasure to work with during a very stressful time due to a pipe leak and asbestos. Raul has been extremely helpful interfacing with insurance, plumbers, and PuroClean. He's managed the work in a timely and professional manner, often explaining steps with great detail along the way. Miguel, Juan, Jose and the rest of the crew arrived promptly to do the work and together they worked in a safe, quick, and courteous manner. Most importantly, the first test from ResCon demonstrated their efficacy as our home is now clean and safe to re-enter.
