Excellent and Timely Response I was so happy that Rick was able to come to my house quickly. He was very thorough and informative about the mystery noises in my attic from the prior night, determining it was a visiting raccoon. Fortunately, it left and there was no damage. Rick suggested closing access to my attic via three air vents on the roof by sealing the openings with mesh. He returned two days later and quickly completed the job. The office is customer- centric with a friendly and accommodating receptionist. They provided timely arrival alerts and the system generates receipts immediately. The initial consultation was $95, but Rick was able to credit it toward the final bill. I find the rates to be moderately high, but the entire service and timeliness was well worth it. Highly recommend.
Excellent! I called and Brian was able to come out the same day. He was very thorough and made sure our little snake did not have any friends left in our building.
They were professional, timely & knowledgeable in the removal of bats that had been living in our shutters off and on for years.
