I had an excellent experience with Advanced Comfort Control. They came out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair during the same visit. After the repair, they thoroughly tested the system to make sure everything was working properly before leaving.
The technician was professional, polite, and transparent throughout the entire process. He clearly explained what was wrong, what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions without any pressure. I really appreciated the honesty and quality of service.
I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

We had a water heater replaced a few weeks ago and we are very happy with everything ACC, Inc. did for us. They removed the old guy and did some minor readjustment to fit the new guy in since it is 40 gallons, not 30 gallons like the old one. They were here and gone within 4 hours, taking the old tank with them and leaving us with a wonderful new water heater all set to do it's job for many years. Thank you to Bill Harkness and staff for doing such a great job and for less money than we thought it would be. We recommend your business to anyone. Steve and Deborah MacDonald
