Service was fast and they were so polite. They asked my permission to open the door and to put their oil reminder sticker on my windshield. They apologized for the delay (there was no delay) but explained that the skid plate was on tight so it took awhile to take off (it was still so much shorter than the dealership). I was even able to use my AARP for a 15% off discount (you do not need to be a senior for AARP). From start to finish was less than a half hour. They also informed me that my battery should be replaced soon. They offered to sell one to me, I declined. They informed me that I could contact the dealership that I purchased from and it might be covered under warranty or they may pro-rate me for thr battery. Went above and beyond.
I come here to get my oil changed all the time. They are busy but get through all the cars really fast. I love coming here and you don't have to get out the car either. Staff is super nice and helpful they even have a coupon to use :)
Amazing service! I've been coming here for a few years now and i always feel welcomed and taken care of. Usually a young woman helps me out, she is amazing and is so nice and remembers me. This time a handsome gentleman named alex helped me. Everyone was nice and friendly. I got an oil change and a tire rotation, was only here for 20 minutes at most. The price is worth all they do. Definitely will keep coming back, and to this location.
