Lost power to half of the house at 4:30 in the morning. Called Point Break and the owner (Shane) said he would be happy to come right away. He was here before the sun came up and had the problem found within 30 mins. The breaker replacement was a hard to find item but Shane went out of his way to get a replacement. So if you want a true 24/7 company that has a real person answer the phone to help you, then this is the company for you. Shane didn't care that I was watching over his shoulder and happy to explain everything while he was troubleshooting. Very professional, polite and great electrician. I highly recommend Point Break Electric.
These guys are the real deal. Had an emergency and Shane got me a same-day appointment. He answered fast, showed up on time, and got straight to work. Shane and Abdul are a great team - respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They changed a breaker, an outlet, and fixed its wiring, taking care of the issue. Couldn't have asked for a better team to save the day (and maybe my life). Highly recommended. Shane clearly loves his job, has a good heart, and explained everything in a way I could understand. I wish them well and would gladly hire them again.
