Great zumba and multiple classes offered here. Dulce is an awesome coach. She always strives to keep us all motivated and encourages daily to meet our personal goals. Fully recommend all the classes especially if you like to boogie with some Zumba music.
I'm an introvert but I was brought to tale one class here & the vibe was off the charts. She's really interested in making this fitness center a community staple for spring valley, & she's got a rockstar, meditative vibe. I can't believe this chick isn't in LA.
