I found water dripping under my house and called DryTech. Romiro immediately set up an appointment for their technician to come out. Abel came out and assessed that it was a leaky pipe. There wasn't any damage to the house, but Abel still had to crawl under the house to find it. Romiro didn't charge me!! I have used DryTech twice before and always had great service. Ariel has come out twice and is very knowledgeable too! Thanks guys, great service!
Ramiro was wonderful! I had water damage to drywall,cabinets and flooring. They responded right away and did a great job. Ramiro also took the time to explain the entire process to me. Everytime I had a question I received a quick and informative response. All of his people were friendly and pleasant -couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I was referred to DryTech via our plumber and I am so glad I came across their company! Ramiro was quick to respond and had someone come out immediately to assess the damage. Ariel was our technician and he was wonderful to work with-- you can tell he has YEARS of knowledge when it comes to leaks and water damage, as he answered every single one of our questions. The plumber ended up taking care of the problem for us and Ariel has been working with us every step of the way to get our insurance claim submitted.
