Bill is the Best! Classic Barber! Reminds me of when I was a kid. I was looking for a Barber near by one day and called a few shops to get quotes, everyone else said some ridiculous numbers. Bill said come by and try me out, if you dont like it don't pay me... well... I paid him.... and we came back again and again. Just tell him what you want and he can do it. We call him Tio Bill now (Uncle Bill). A good man with the skills. Best in Casa de Oro/Spring Valley!

I have been going to se bill for over 20 years , I usta take my kids there , I have always gotten a great cut , I went to another place once during that time an d I had to go to bill and have him fix the the other guys bad cut , I personally will always go see Mr bill for my haircuts best cut in San Diego by far , make sure ya call first for his seat is usually booked
