South Pasadena Optometric Group

I've been going here for years for eye care. Staff is attentive and great doctors. Dr. Wang has been my primary eye doctor for years. She is thorough and takes time to explain my eye health situation. Thumbs up for the group!

Attentive, thoughtful staff. This was my first visit with Dr. Lee Kim. Thorough exam and discussion about the results—consider this if you want to be in/out quickly. Personally, I appreciated the doctor’s time. In addition to getting new frames/lenses, I was able to get new lenses for my older, still-in-great-shape frames. My previous optometrist would only sell lenses with new frames. My husband had his first visit with Dr. Tsai. Also very thorough and kind. He did not find frames he loved, so he only got new lenses for his older, still-in-good-shape frames. BONUS: Parking lot with free parking!

I spent two days, calling at least 20 optometrists in the Pasadena area trying to get a vision exam for my out of state driver's license renewal. I even went to a couple of places in person. The issue was I needed the doctor or their representative in the office to request the form from the DMV via email. No other office was willing to make the request except for South Pasadena Optometric Group. The office manager, Dolly, was extremely understanding and helpful. She promptly made the request.
