I've been coming to Vina, the owner, regularly for about a year now, and she is truly gifted. I feel so fortunate for her as a regular part of my self care practice. If you're looking to be either gently pampered or to "work on this one knot", then move along and go to a big box place. She is not that. Vina offers a true wellness experience in that she works from a therapeutic perspective and beside her actual training, she really has a gift for listening for what the body needs and letting that dictate the particular way she works with you.
