John Hanna has been THE ONLY person to cut and color my hair since 2003. He is amazing, very professional and even has some amusing jokes!! My hair coloring ALWAYS looks amazing and very natural. He has a great eye for color and cuts that will work well with face shape, personality, age, etc. Hands down the best hair dresser I have EVER had!!

Yesterday as I walked into forte salon with my six year old already running late after picking him up from school. ( I felt rushed, stressed and terrible for being late as a first time client) .... I opened the front door to the most comfortable home feeling salon. Everyone who worked there and who were clients there had a smile on their face and not the one you give because you have to.. it's the sincere one where you feel welcomed and embraced and you know it's about to be a good time. I was recently told about this place by a colleague and friend of mine. And John Hanna came highly recommended. John Hanna was the one who had the experience of embracing my over grown split ends and a grown out orange brassy hair that I can testify wasn't cute at all. I sat down in the chair. He had my son sit right next to me. As we evaluated the situation ( I may have cringed a little because I was scared he would say we can't do much) I told him I want a cut and to take the brassy orange color out of my hair if possible. He explained it was possible!! But not only did he pull off that old Jeanie in a bottle snap of the fingers and magical sentence " your wish is my command" He explained why we can fix it. ( maybe that's the teacher in him) but I can say without a doubt I was so impressed the way he explained the primary colors and even drew a diagram of why we needed to do it that way. It made sense to me and I learned something new. He took the time to really give my hair some TLC. While processing he even showed my six year old son and myself a few magic tricks. We loved them. ( side note: my son says they have really tasty cookies in the front) After we washed my hair out he put deep conditioner in it.. while he trimmed all the dead ends off... then we rinsed again and blow dried. It looked and felt like magic!!! He really performed the best magic trick ever on my hair! So I don't think I can save him in my phone as MR. John Hanna anymore I think it has to be "The magician". I think I should mention this as well... I'm getting married and I've been stressing over my hair. Now I have this entire weight lifted off my shoulders and I couldn't be anymore grateful to mr. Hanna and my friend who sent me his way. I will definitely be back again. And highly recommend this salon and " THE MAGICIAN"
