I stumbled on Elite even though I'm in the neighborhood. I took a medical bed pad to them to alter into a wheelchair pad to transfer my partially paralyzed significant other. When I explained what I needed and why, the alterations woman returned it within 2 days. The stitching was done so cleanly and professionally and she charged so little for this special alteration. I will be bringing all of my business here and encourage others to support this small business.
I love this Cleaners but the pricing is different every time I come. This business act if they are doing you a favor when I am paying you inconsistent prices. Sometimes they can be very friendly but do not appreciate your business. They charge high prices and different prices each visit but don’t put crease in pants and not press clothing very well. In this uncertain time we are currently in it’s very crucial to display good customer service.
Song is amazing! Great seamstress- I had brought a formal gown to be shortened and hemmed; the fabric was so tricky that two other tailors would not do it, but Song took on the task and did a beautiful job.Service: Alterations
