Highly recommended & although laser tattoo removal is a painful process, I am able to ice and use numbing cream before each session which makes me feel like to nothing!

I can't say enough good things about this tattoo removal place. From the moment I walked in, Lili made me feel completely at ease. She is so kind, outgoing, and genuinely friendly. She's very easy to talk to, and I always enjoy our conversations. Lili is extremely knowledgeable about the tattoo removal process and took the time to walk me through everything during my consult. I felt so comfortable that I decided to start my first session immediately after--even though I hadn't planned to. I had my newborn baby with me, and without hesitation, Lili carried him while I got the procedure done. That level of kindness and care was completely unexpected and meant so much to me. Jeannette is the RN who does my tattoo removal sessions, and she is just as wonderful. She is incredibly gentle, reassuring, and patient. I have a very low pain tolerance, and she does an amazing job easing my nerves. While tattoo removal is definitely uncomfortable and something I dread each time, these two truly make the experience as pleasant as possible. I'm currently on my 4th session, which says a lot about the trust and confidence I have in this place. I researched many places before coming here. The low-cost clinics I found either had strict requirements I didn't qualify for or extremely long waitlists. Other, more expensive places with heavy social media advertising had surprisingly bad reviews. Finding this place felt like hitting the jackpot. It's absolutely worth the hour-long drive I make to get here, and I wouldn't trust my tattoo removal to anyone else. Highly recommend!
