It's been 5 YEARS and I'm still waiting for a pass through to be fixed that I paid for. Poor quality installation and cabinets aren't level and doors don't even close. Arturo promised the world but didn't deliver. Suzi
Poor quality. Poor craftsmanship. Poor service. If I could give less stars, I would. The owner is a fast talker who doesn't listen, so if you want custom, go elsewhere. We repeated things multiple times and still didn't get what we wanted. Installation took almost a month and we had to stay on top of them because they measured wrong and had to make new pieces as installation progressed. Installers would come late when they'd show up, take a long lunch, and leave promptly at their quitting time. Final product is poor quality and underwhelming, especially for the price. All can say is our experience with this company has been a Great one! The professionalism, timeliness, the communication has been Excellent with a capital "E"!!! Daniel was super detailed oriented and always informing me of every step. I am so grateful and we are pleased with their beautiful craftsmanship.
