She’s done my taxes for 7+ years an her service has gotten worse with time but this year she doesn’t respond . She did my taxes after I told her I was doing them elsewhere a when I went to the office more than 5 where they’re to complain a she wouldn’t open the door or pick up the calls . Would definitely not recommend unless you like wasting your time an arguing

I have been trying to reach your office since April. The taxes I paid for you to file were NEVER filed. I have left messages and sent multiple emails. A simple reply would be greatly appreciated.
