if i could give this clinic 0 stars i would.
i have also filed a complaint with the BBB(better business bureu)
this clinich has very bad customer service as well as untrained professionals. starting with the person who answers the phone to dr. i called and asked for information and pricing for cataract surgery for my grandfather that would pay out of pocket.
he is 87 yrs old and what they did was wrong. i asked for specific cost as well as an appt. they gave me pricing and at the first appt they turned him away bcuz he did not have a referral and they asked him nuemrous times for his insurance so he was turned away. i called and rescheduled the appt. I have been coming to this location for about three years now and it seems like it's always a problem but never made it a big deal till this yearly visit . I came in December after having my apt scheduled for over a month for them to tell me my exam would be covered by my Insurnace but not my glasses or contact. I decided to move my apt to when everything would be covered which is after the 10th of January. I made my apt today asked to The day off and showed up on time only to be told that I was incorrect by Liz who was the person who scheduled my apt . She took zero ownership she said maybe i was incorrect and asked to the apt card I didn't ask for one since i said I would just put it on my phone like all my other apt. Decided to leave called my insurance my insurance send me different providers and stated that I was able to be seen my a doctor since dec 2019 since my benefits were open then . So long story short had me come in here two times only to be send back horrible super rude
