Good customer service. The place is clean. There are multiple staff working so they attend you really quick, waiting time at times is approximately 20 minutes. I never make an appointment. What I love is that is never too crowded.

Came here for a gel manicure $22 it's a little more expensive than other places I've been to which usually charge $20 instead. The gentleman who did my manicure was very nice and chatty. I just didn't really like how he did my manicure, still left cuticles and he wasn't as thorough as i would've liked him to be.

Very long wait for a pedicure , I asked for a specific person and was there before and they attended this man before me. The girl seemed kind of rushed and was hurting me the whole time, not gentle or soft . Only plus was that it was $15 but I guess you get what you pay for .
