The tech came, properly checked the problem and gave me a fair estimate. I was pleased with their honesty and commitment that I moved forward with the terminate service to our lovely home. I really liked doing business with company. The people were beyond pleasant and made it seem like my problem was their problem. Not only did they walk me through the whole process but they also gave a number of tips and tricks to handle the situation after they left. Another thing that was amazing about them was that everything the did was efficient and got rid of the problem pretty quickly. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
