The truck they made had all kinds of minor issues that needed to be dealt with and it took forever, because of the TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Fabrizio never answers his phone, his inbox is constantly full, and doesn't respond to message when we leave them. He does not return emails either, and the main office phone doesn't get answered and there's no way to leave a message. My advice - DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.
By far the most established, well versed, highest-quality Food Truck Manufacturers in California! Fabrizio was so helpful in helping me decide what equipment was needed to start my food truck, and their quality of work speaks for itself. Pricing is competitive as well. On their instagram you'll see they've manufactured trucks for major companies like Inuit and Raising Canes, so you know the quality from them is of Corporate standard.
Definitely recommend them if you want to make sure you are hiring the most reputable manufacturer to convert your company into a mobile business.
Top of the line quality buildout, Fabrizio promised me a 3 month buildout and he delivered. His staff and experience are excellent, they take no shortcuts and love what they do. Our food truck is definitely a show stopper, we are building another food truck with them. I highly recommend this company!
