Paid about $8k to do upper and lower level flooring in a condo that's about 1500 sq ft, but now only 4 months some of the panels (waterproof / scratch proof manmade one's that looks like wood) have bumps rising upstairs, the stairs had to be fixed at least three times, and separation between two panels on the first floor. Props for sending the right person to fix it, he seems to have more experience than the people who installed it. After talking to some other contractors, this kind of flooring is susceptible to expanding when the weather gets hot and there's no way around it. Wow! Is all can say. Best Prices, hands down. Hired them to do a 2300 sq.ft home. Combination of laminate and SPC vinyl waterproof flooring for the entire house including stairs. The house is in the Ventura county area (Camarillo) so to make sure they got done in a timely manner, on the day of the install they sent 8 guys! I thought it would be chaos with so many people but it was amazing! they were like clockwork each one had their own room and job to do. Even with that many guys no chitchatting no lollygagging everyone was just focused. It took them two days five hours each day with a total time of 10 hours per day and finished everything.
