Easter Sunday at 8:30 pm. Your Semi Truck Driver on I-75 South leaving Cincinnati and entering Kentucky. The speed limit is 55 in this extremely congested area. Your driver came up on me and followed me dangerously close tailgating my wife and I. I illuminated my break lights but didn't slow down and the driver got over to the right lane from the 3rd lane. About ten miles down I-75 South just past Florence, KY your driver came along side my car and purposely switch lanes to the 3rd lane again ( illegal) in Kentucky. He forced his red Peterbilt rig into my lane and I had to take an invasive maneuver to keep from having a more than likely fatal collision with YOUR truck....read full review

When there's a question they're right there with factfinding & answers. I advise sending your info in early; tax deadlines don't make way for latecomers!
