They showed up to look at the project, but then never called me back with a quote as they said!I can understand we can over look sometime, but hopefully this review is a bit of a wake up call.

I called Western over the weekend because I was having a problem with a broken waterline at my well. When I called, someone actually answer the phone and within a few hours a service person had solved the problem with the water leak. They were very professional and courteous and above all, they actually showed up when they promised.
