Awesome tow service! Trevor and Clayton went up and beyond your average tow service. So impressed and grateful they were the drivers who were called out to help with our Chevy Dually Diesel Truck pulling our 41' 5th Wheel on highway 108. They are Angels!!!

Vics towing came out to Pinecrest campground on a Sunday to rescue my family after our vehicle gave us a series of weird warning lights and wouldn't start. Like most things in the mountains (as a mountain resident) it takes a bit especially on Sundays for towing services. However they called within a half hour of the initial AAA call and let us know they had limited drivers and it would be awhile. They also called again when they were able to dispatch a driver. It was about 3.5 hours from initial AAA call to arrival but again....we've done this before in the mountains and this was on target for normal. Unfortunately for me, I was stuck with a broken truck... a 2022 Ram 3500 DRW with only 6000 mi on the odometer... No Bueno! But... no fear... I was able to call Vics Towing in Sonora and Clayton was there in no time (45 min. from call to arrival) to load my rig and get me down the road to the dealership so they could assess and repair the transmission. Clayton was quick to get me loaded, he was also friendly and efficient while trying to troubleshoot the issue I was having so he could relay the information to the service writer at the dealership, again going above and beyond what was necessary.
