Broke down deep in the forest, truck stuck in the mud with a broken axel, sun setting with no other towing companies willing to take the job. Good ol Vic's answered the phone, reliable as ever, and sent someone out right away. Their guy Clay handled miles of muddy trails to find us, expertly got our truck out of the mud despite the broken axel, and got us out of the forest right as night fell. Clay is now our hero, and this is the second time for me that Vic's answered the call when few others were even willing to answer the phone. Thank you Vic's, and give that man Clay a raise!
