Jeff is awesome!! He’s now cleaned our carpets 2x; we try to have the carpet cleaned every 6 months. When I called this time due to an odor Jeff was able to get me in the very next day, I am beyond thankful. Our carpet looks brand new, even in high traffic areas, and was able to get two stains out of the carpet. Jeff is professional, on time, fair prices, and most importantly he does a very thorough job. Excellent job. Jeff is personable and articulate about the steps and overall process he does to make sure that you have a rug that's not only clean but , also beautiful. I have never had a dirty old Persian Rug look like new after it being cleaned. Jeff works magic. I couldn't believe how the pile was restored and the thickness raised.
