We've been coming here for many years. The staff used to be quite friendly and helpful and Dr. Shumway thorough, patient and most importantly able to get us seeing clearly. This hasn't been the case in the last three visits. The doctor has made multiple rudimentary mistakes in our prescriptions that should just not have happened, causing us considerable expense and inconvenience. That wouldn't be so bad if they were reasonably courteous about it, but the staff have become extremely rude, entitled, and discourteous... even when it's their mistake and they acknowledge that. We will never go back.

Denied service and refused to comply with ADA law to provide ASL interpreter. Even refused to use paper and pen to write back and forth to communicate with a Deaf patient. Be forewarned.
