I had my Subaru serviced for the first time since losing my husban. Used a coupon as it covered all the items I needed checked. The care of my car and of me was very professional and courteou. I was kept aware of where I was in the queue and given an estimate of time until the car was complete. The value of peace of mind with the safety check and service is very important to me. I bought my 22 Ranger in July of 22. I took it to Sonora Ford for its very first oil change at 4600 miles (I don't drive it much) on 18 August 2023. I liked the service area of this dealership. They have representatives who provide excellent individual attention to customers, they keep you updated on repair progress, and thoroughly explain the results of the repair as well as issues found. I will take my truck back there for service again.
