I was having issues with my asus computer that seemed like a cooling issue, but I was unsure as I am not very computer savvy. Called up this place and spoke to Charles. We went back and forth through the phone a couple times as he was giving me suggestions on what to try and what to fix. He gave me the suggestion of replacing the cpu fan, which ultimately fixed the issue. Charles always answered the phone and was very willing to help.
