He spent a remarkable amount of time over text carefully diagnosing the problem in detail - something most repair pros won't do without a service call. He was transparent and honest throughout, ultimately advising that a replacement might be cheaper than a repair (even though that meant no business for him). He never asked for a dollar for all the time and guidance he gave us. It’s rare to find that level of integrity, expertise, and generosity. We’ll absolutely turn to him for future needs and recommend him without hesitation.

Smith’s Repair Service was amazingly easy and professional to work with. I explained the issues on the phone, he knew what parts both my washer and dryer needed, ordered the parts, sent an estimate, made an appointment, showed up on time, explained what he was doing as he did the repairs and the work was done! Can’t thank Mark enough for his help!! Was in a pinch with a broken washing machine under warranty, and a no show from the manufacturer’s service company after waiting for 16 days to have it serviced, and hamper after hamper of laundry piling up with no solution in sight. Mark helped me diagnose the issue over the phone, found the replacement part online, and guided me on how to fix it upon receipt. Just did so and it’s working perfectly!
