Myndi is WONDERFUL. My 13 year old man couldn't stand for very long and has a thick heavy coat. Myndi let him set the pace and bathed and groomed him in segments, letting him rest when his legs started to shake. In doing so, she extended her already long work day to accommodate him. She stayed well past closing time to make sure he wasn't overtired or stressed. Myndi really is the very best.

Myndi is an excellent handler and groomer. I really like that she keeps her shop muzzle free... That is except for the few no-no examples hanging on the wall. She talks to all her furry clients with respect as equally as to their human counterparts. It's obvious from the get to that Myndi has plenty of experience doing what she does, one of her superpowers is calming and working with timid, nervous, or previously labeled as 'difficult' clients... I mean her clients pets... Ok I mean both! We know they're out there! In the end its about making sure our fur children are treated with respect, get taken care of as needed/directed, and are happily returned... read full review
