Snow-gave me an amazing Pedicure. She is kind, sweet, gentle, and was very concerned with me having a relaxing experience.
My rating went down due to the nail technician. I have no idea what her name is. She rushed faster than I can type this review, was rough, and practically yelled in conversation across the salon at her colleagues the entire time (the only plus side to it being rushed). My nails came out really wide like bear claws, but I didn't say anything because I didn't feel like she had time for me.

I walked into this nail salon and immediately loved how clean and cozy the space felt. The staff was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. My pedicure was done with such care and detail, and the polish looks flawless. You can tell the technician takes real pride in their work.
This was me and my daughters first time coming to VIP nails and because of our experience it won’t our last. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and everyone was so friendly. Julie, Lisa and Jennifer did an awesome job.
